The company provides end-to-end IT services and delivers the hardware, software, and support necessary for efficient
operations, in addition to a full suite of office products tailored to meet diverse
organizational needs.
In its previous identity as Dempsey Business Systems of Louisiana, the company earned a
stellar reputation over 21 years for dependable service and technical support. Under Major
Price’s leadership and vision, the company has rebranded as PriceTech Solutions, LLC,

A passionate advocate for community and service, Major Price is active in his church,
serving as Vice Chairman of the Deacon Board and President of the Christman Men’s
Federation. He is also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and has served as
Chapter President of the Southern University Alumni Federation and a Board Member of the
American Red Cross. During Hurricane Katrina, he served as a shelter operations manager,
reinforcing his lifelong commitment to public service and integrity.
